🇨🇺 Cocina Cubana is a really delicious Cuban restaurant with many options in the heart of Seaside, as reviewed by this Cuban 30A local! Let me start off by saying their Frojito (frozen mojito) is delightful! The perfect, refreshing beach drink! Cocina Cubana took their own little spin on the Cuban sandwich – thinly sliced bread and butter pickles with a spicy mustard in place of traditional dill pickles and classic yellow mustard – or – you can get it old school traditional! The pork was very flavorful and tender. The bread was both soft and pressed just enough on the outside. Their bowls are also awesome! Love their Pollo con Mojo, Lechon Asado, Ropa Vieja, Black Beans, and Maduros! ☕️ If you’re tired try a Cafecito – it’ll perk you right up! They also cater to Gluten Free and Vegan!
