Meet the Locals: Kathy Lamb – Owner/Aesthetician, GLOW Med Spa
Updated: Apr 19, 2021

Kathy Lamb is a licensed aesthetician who opened GLOW Med Spa of 30A in Gulf Place in 2018 because she saw a gap in the market for a less intimidating, boutique medical spa. GLOW is not the kind of place where she will tell you that you need 12 microneedling sessions or 8 syringes of filler to look OK! In this day of social media and image filters, it can be easy to get carried away with what we think normal aging should look like.
We all have areas we would like to improve upon; however, Kathy feels it’s so important to appreciate the beauty that is already within us, regardless of how many wrinkles or how much cellulite we may have. GLOW believes in educating clients and providing the most minimally invasive treatments that produce subtle, natural looking results that leave its clients feeling and looking refreshed, rejuvenated and GLOWing! The spa also stays up-to-date on the latest trends and technology so that clients achieve maximum benefits from their treatments.
Kathy is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and moved to the 30A in 2017. You can see her around town walking her Dog-Harmony rescue dog, Olivia. Kathy trained with Olivia to get her certified as an Intermountain Therapy Dog in 2019 and they participate in Dog-Harmony programs for at-risk youth and disabled adults.
